PALO ALTO — Morrison & Foerster’s Palo Alto office has nabbed the co-chairwoman of Orrick’s technology transaction and sourcing practice.
Stephanie Sharron joined MoFo as a partner on Thursday. She will continue to focus her practice on intellectual property and commercial transactions in mobility, social media, big data, cloud computing and e-commerce.
