Joseph Tirone rejoins the firm’s corporate and securities practice as partner and will focus on energy and infrastructure project development and project finance transactions. Previously, Tirone was a partner at Bracewell & Giuliani. Tirone earned his J.D. from University of Notre Dame Law School. Additionally, Samantha Gallagher joins the firm’s corporate and securities group and real estate practice as partner and will represent underwriters and issuers in debt and equity securities offering. Previously, Gallagher was partner at Bass, Berry & Sims. She earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
