The law firms of Goldberg Segalla and Moritt Hock & Hamroff have expanded their offices at The Treeline Companies’ Garden City Plaza complex in Long Island. The complex has four individual multi-level building called 100, 200, 300 and 400 Garden City Plaza, located adjacent to Roosevelt Field Mall.
Buffalo-based Goldberg Segalla has expanded several times since the opening of its Garden City office in 2011 (NYLJ, Nov. 23, 2011). Next week, the firm will shift its office within the complex to 200 Garden City Plaza from the 100 building where it has been a tenant since the firm’s opening. The move will allow Goldberg to lease more space, an additional 5,619 square feet, for a total of 20,233 square feet.
