Fortune Magazine has released its list of the top 100 companies to work for in 2014, and coming in at the head of the pack for the third straight year is everyone’s favorite search engine/world-dominator, Google. Its 42,162 employees have a 20.1 percent chance of job growth each year, 4,236 jobs were added, not to mention some sweet perks, such as free haircuts and on-site doctors.

The other four companies in the top spots are SAS, The Boston Consulting Group, Edward Jones and Quicken Loans. (Last year, CHG Healthcare Services and Wegmans Food Markets occupied the spots Edward Jones and Quicken Loans now have in the top five.) Google and SAS remained at positions one and two, respectively.

Six law firms made the cut in 2014—Baker Donelson at 31st, Alston & Bird placed 40th, Perkins Coie was 41st, Bingham McCutchen 60th, Arnold & Porter 81st and Cooley at No. 100. However, the employee turnover at the firms is at the higher end of the top companies, ranging from 6 percent to 16 percent. Alston & Bird’s rankings are reflective of a social committee that organizes weekly bars and social events, according to Fortune, whereas the rankings from Perkins Coie is based on average salaries for legal secretaries of $69,000.

Other “fun” companies include The Container Store, which reserved 14 percent of its shares during its initial public offering last year for its employees, who watched them double on the first day of trading from $18 to $36; Kimley-Horn and Associates, in which each office has an official VP of Fun; and Build-A-Bear Workshop, where health coverage is offered to hourly workers—with the company paying 75 percent of premiums.
