Korean firm Yoon & Yang has hired a partner in Seoul.
Do Hyung Kim was previously a partner with Yulchon specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Last year, he acted for quasi-governmental agency Korea Asset Management Corp. on the $400 million sale of a 9.9 percent stake in South Korea insurer Kyobo Life Insurance Co. Ltd. to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.
